At Alpine Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
